What I got

Great Challenge

Friendly informative club

comfortable to come to the club when I could, even though it wasn’t
every week.

‘advice’ centre for general health and wellbeing. From very
approachable – caring people

information learning about good and bad foods, healthy eating and all

feeing fitter and more energetic. A fun evening and interesting talks
weekly. Masses of info on healthy eating

personal, and interactive with ‘advisors’ and other members.

sensible attitude to diet and health. A bunch of nice people and very
useful information. A diet when I really never felt hungry, was able to
eat out with friends with relative ease and get into my thin clothes.

atmosphere and a chance to meet more local people as fairly new to area
alongside learning about healthier options.
