What will it cost me to become part of the team?

Most people start as a Club Helper, particularly if this is their first time at trying something like this.  To start as a Club Helper requires no investment other than a team t-shirt (approx. £18).

Your initial training is FREE and you will also have access to our FREE training website.

If you are looking to start as a Supervisor/Team Leader, you will require the above and further equipment which will be approximately £70.  Therefore your total investment would still be less than £100.

However, there is no requirement to do this until you have attended the initial training (cost 'FREE').  After you have attended, you will have a very clear picture about what is involved and you will be in a position to make an informed decision about which way you want to move forward.

If you are ambitious and want to start as a Club Leader, you will first have to attend the initial 'Introduction Training', followed by further training - regularly (weekly) attending your local wellness club and following our FREE online training programme.

If you are looking to do this, there will be more investment required, but this will be more in your 'time' than in monetary terms.

Please contact us for further details or book in to the 'Introduction Training' and see one of our senior team members there.  They will be able to advise you, give further details and answer all your questions.

Is this a job?

No.  This is an opportunity for you to become involved within your local community and earn the rewards from your own efforts on a part-time basis.  There is no risk and your confidence will grow, week by week as you become part of the team.  You may decide to start as a Club Helper and then progress to a Supervisor/Team Leader and maybe on to a Club Leader.

Whichever you choose, you will always be supported and appreciated by your fellow team members.

Is there a team in my area already?

Probably not, but if you are looking to join an existing team, we will be looking for a team leader in your area very soon.  If you have someone in mind who you think could take on the responsibility to run a new local wellness club, please pass on the website details to them and ask them to contact us.

However, if you are looking to set up your own team; please let us know and book into the next available training day to get started as soon as possible.  As a Club Leader, you will need to continue with further training by regularly (weekly) attending your local wellness club and following our FREE online training programme.  This is after your initial attendance at one of our FREE introductory training sessions.

Can I set up my own team from scratch?

Yes.  If you have the qualities we are looking for, you can set up your own Local Wellness Club.  All the necessary training will be provided together with all the administration including your own personalised website.  Full support will always be available and initially we will ask you to attend an established club (usually within 30 miles) to see how they run in practice.  This is in addition to your attendance at the training days.

I'm lacking in confidence a little, can I do this with a friend?

Absolutely YES!

The whole concept of the Local Wellness Clubs is about community spirit and teamwork.  You can join with a friend, family member or your partner and enjoy the satisfaction of working together as part of the team and helping your community.

If you wish to bring a friend along to the 'Initial Training Day' for support, then please do.  Some people benefit greatly from having 'another point of view' to help them make a decision, and that's absolutely fine.

I would like to be a Club Leader; but can I start by helping out and then progress at my own speed?

This is probably the question we get asked most of all.  The answer is a resounding YES!

In our experience, there is so much potential within people, and this is something which we actively encourage.  Not everyone is ready to take on the responsibilities of running their own club, but with the help and support of the rest of the team, you will increase your knowledge, which in turn will build your confidence ...and then it's up to you to decide when you want to take the next step.

By the way, most of our Club Leaders started off by helping out at their local club.

It really is down to you whether you help out at your local club (earning an extra £100 - £160 per month) and are happy to do that, or whether you decide to step up to being a Supervisor/Team Leader or a Club Leader with the potential to earn £1,000 - £1,200 per month for just 10-12 hours commitment per week.

It really is up to you!

There's never any pressure to do anything you don't want to do.  Not everyone wants to become a Club Leader, and we always need helpers and Team leaders.
