Details about our 'Local Community Wellness Club' Introduction Training days.

Our Introductory Training Days are usually held once a month and always on a Saturday.  VIEW FORTHCOMING DATES

Doors open for registration at 12:30pm and the training starts promptly at 1:00pm.  We aim to finish at approximately 3:45pm, but the team will be available to answer any questions; so you will not be rushed out of the training room.

The venue is:  

Directions into The Meridian Centre

After you have parked your car; walk into the main entrance of The Meridian Centre.

As you walk through the enclosed mall, you will see a large Co-op supermarket to your left.

Continue past the supermarket until you come an area which opens up.

Turn to your right and you will see some double doors leading into a foyer (click here to view photo).

Go through the doors and you will see ahead and on your left,

a PINK SIGN (click here to view photo) with directions to the areas within the building.

Turn left into the ANZAC ROOM and the registration desk is just inside the door.

The cost is just £10.00 per person when booked in advance online and includes a healthy lunch and refreshments.  Dress is casual but smart and it is important that you feel comfortable on the day.  Please make sure you bring a notepad and a pen so that you can take full advantage of the information we will be covering.

Admission 'on the door' is £15 CASH*, but is strictly subject to availability.

You will be able to print a copy of your ticket which will be your official receipt and confirmation of booking.  Please make sure you bring this with you on the day.
