Summer 2010 Mini Challenge!!

Here are the dates...

After many requests from our members who are keen to stay on track with their results during the summer, we have decided to run a mini-challenge before the Winter 12 Week Challenge which starts on September 15th 2010.

There will be a Prize for the winner of the 'Summer Mini Challenge'.

A £10 booking fee registers you for the Summer Challenge and includes the following dates which are fortnightly not weekly!

Wednesdays 6:30 - 7:30pm -no talks, only weighing and other statistics (and support obviously).

July 21st - includes an evening of clothes swapping - just bring your clothes you no longer fit into and swap them with others on the night. - Non Challenge members welcome - £2 entry.

August 4th

August 18th

September 1st

September 15th - Last official weigh-in for the Summer Challenge and First night of the Winter 2010 12 Week Challenge.

Results of the Summer Challenge and Prize giving will take place on Wednesday 22nd September.
